Dawn Lisi brings over twenty years of relevant experience to her structured settlement clients. She has extensive legal experience in both the private and public sectors. After graduating from law school, Dawn practiced law with a private firm. She then spent seven years at the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, where she was responsible for negotiating, settling and structuring multi-million dollar medical malpractice claims. She currently acts as a broker for clients in all types of injury cases. Dawn received her B.S. in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the National Structured Settlement Trade Association. When not working, Dawn enjoys traveling, hunting and volunteering at her church.

Deryck Henry brings experience and expertise to the structured settlement industry. Mr. Henry received his undergraduate degree in Business from Howard University. Upon graduation, he worked at General Electric and Air Products and Chemicals before attending law school.
After earning a law degree from Widener University School of Law, Mr. Henry was an attorney for the Pennsylvania Medical Professional Liability Catastrophe Loss Fund where he negotiated, settled and structured multi-million dollar medical malpractice claims.
Deryck is a member of the Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar associations. In addition, he has lectured extensively about negotiating and structuring settlements.

Eric Kronk has worked in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry since 1990. With his team at Kronk Financial Services, Eric specializes in designing "best-fit" financial programs for personal injury victims and their families. The "best fit" typically includes the coordination of a structured settlement with existing financial programs, and may incorporate one or more trusts to enhance portfolio financial protections and performance.
Eric has successfully negotiated and designed structured settlements to resolve a broad range of tort actions.
